a word from the cellar master

« Our family's strength lies in the diversity of its members, just like Champagne with its different terroirs/crus that we blend to make a prestigious wine, a wine for enjoying and sharing. Despite the complex nature of its micro-crus, the Champagne terroir is nevertheless a fairly simple trilogy: climate, sub-soils and hills.
The senses are awakened day after day over the 4 seasons, and only the memory, talent and know-how of people allow us to create an identity, a style. »

The vineyard

"The Rapeneau family has been growing vines for 4 generations. 100 hectares, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (level 3) of their own vines are dedicated to G.H Martel champagnes. The vinification and the style

Vinification is done terroir by terroir before blending.
True work of precision and know-how, it is the art of blending that gives our champagnes their unique and prestigious character.
Assembled mainly from Chardonnay, they rest for 24 months in the cellar to guarantee the progressive and optimal development of the aromas.
