The character of white fruit spreads until the perception of its stone and the mixture of honey and peanut fat evokes nougat and gourmet stalls of winter treats. The sensation in the mouth emerges creamy and lively at the same time, very clear, limpid and impressively striking through the length of its incisive freshness. The sharp finish also reminds us of the beautiful bitter notes of the skins of white pipped fruits, through which the chardonnay shines.
